Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or exchanges for:

• Mixes
• Glue and Similar Items
• Custom/Special Orders

For refunds on allowable items, request approval within 14 days of receiving your order. You must pay return shipping. Returned items must be received by the return deadline provided in the return approval (or within 14 days of the return approval date). Returned jewelry supplies must be adequately padded to prevent damage. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on items not returned in original, unused condition. If the returned item is damaged, no refund will be issued. Consider purchasing postal insurance for returns. If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. You will be notified at approval if shipping costs apply. Refunds (minus applicable fees) are issued to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal). NOTE: ANY RETURN MADE WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION WILL BE REFUSED.

Exchanges on allowable items also require approval within 14 days of receiving your order. You must pay return shipping, shipping for the new item, and any price difference. Returned items must be received by the return deadline provided in the return approval (or within 14 days of the return approval date). Returned items must be unused and in resalable condition. NOTE: ANY EXCHANGE MADE WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION WILL BE REFUSED.

Cancellations may be made within 12 hours of placing the order unless it has already shipped. A 4% cancellation fee applies to cover non-refundable payment processing fees charged by credit card processors and PayPal. We're so sorry about that!

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping is usually via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. You can upgrade to Priority Mail at checkout. We GLADLY combine shipping on multiple items to save you money.
